Preeti made me feel so comfortable right from our first appointment. She explored every possibility and explained everything to me fully with utter professionalism and reassurance. I feel so confident and safe in her care. Her attention to detail was above and beyond. I couldn’t have achieved half of what I achieved last year without her time, knowledge and patience. Dr shah took time to listen to me,
She took great care not to cause any pain when examining me, and was very clear when explaining what was happening to my joints,
Then set out a very clear pathway for my future treatment.

I have visited both, Altringham and Trafford general hospital's, Rheumatology Depts over the last 12 months and have always received excellent care from Doctors, nurses and support teams.
On Friday I visited Trafford General for my first consultation with Dr Shah, I have to say this was different from any other consultations to date, she is informative, very knowledgeable - amazing Lady

I have seen other rheumatologists, without success. However, Dr Shah listened and HEARD me. She suggested a regimen which has made a positive difference to my life. Having lived for many years with constant pain, since my appointments, there has been a significant improvement and I now have good days.

Dr Shah, a Senior Consultant Rheumatologist, with over 20 years clinical experience, undertakes all aspects of general Rheumatology (muscle, bone, joints and soft tissue disorders),and has developed a nationally award winning arthritis service in Trafford.
She has leading roles in both undergraduate and postgraduate medical training within Manchester Foundation Trust, and is Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Manchester.
